Hello! I am a yoga teacher, somatic movement therapist and a Holistic Massage Therapist of 14 years.

Embodiment, Yoga, massage therapy and meditation have changed my life and helped me through some challenging times, so I have made it my life’s work to bring some of that relief to others. 

We offer a wide range of massage services, including prenatal massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, and more. Each of our services is designed to address specific needs and provide therapeutic benefits.

Cindy Light is a certified holistic health practitioner, and aromatherapist, certified for Aroma Touch Therapy. Hello  I’m Tony and have been in massage therapy little under a decade.  Having background in fitness and conditioning my goal is to find ways to stretch and releve pain in my clients feeling better. I am here as a helping hand.

Maresela is our main RN. When it comes to bedside manner, she is the Mother Teresa of IV and Ozone therapy. She is gentle and loving when it comes to invasive needle sticks and makes the experience as easy and gentle as can be. Her energy lights up the room when patience come in and she continues to hold beautiful space for all our patients. 

Licensed since 2014 and continued learning with a physical therapy aide and yoga teacher certifications. In 2018 she received her holistic health practitioner certification with focus on eastern and western massage modalities as well as medical massage. She has many years of experience in chiropractic therapy.
